Cases Notification service overview

The Cases Notification service tracks notification-adjacent data for cases. Use it to retrieve the notification delivery records routed for one or more cases, including routing, target, and outcome information for each delivery attempt. Learn more in our documentation.

Authentication and permissions

To use the Cases Notification service API you need to create a personal or team API key. Cases do not ship with a permission preset; add the individual case:Read permission to the key.
